What YOU will be responsible for:
• Estimating mitigation services needed at fire damage, water damage and mold damage projects
• Communicating the mitigation services required to the customer.
• Obtaining the proper documentation at projects.
• Creating work plans.
• Collecting balance due from customer as needed.
Qualifications
Required
• Excellent technical experience.
• Excellent industry software skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
• Xactimate estimating experience
• WRT- Water Restoration Technician
• MWC- Mold Worker Certified
